Ingredients

  • 1 halloumi cheese
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper, yellow or red
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • salt, to taste
  • olive oil, to taste
  • lemon juice, to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop the halloumi cheese into large cubes.
  2. Cut the courgettes in half and the peppers into small pieces.
  3. Chop the garlic and mix with the salt, olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice.
  4. Mix the halloumi cheese with the vegetables in the marinade.
  5. Drag the cheese onto the skewers, alternating with the vegetables.
  6. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side and serve warm.
