Ingredients

  • 1 salmon steak
  • 20 g oil
  • ½ lemon
  • 20 g thyme, or any other herbs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • Gas grill
  • Grill brush
  • Plate

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper the salmon steak.
  2. Preheat the gas grill to 180 degrees.
  3. Grush the steak with oil.
  4. Grill on both sides on the grill.
  5. Sprinkle the chopped thyme on a plate.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Place the salmon fillet on the plate.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
