Ingredients

  • 8 giant mushrooms
  • 70g cheese, grated
  • 1 red pepper, small
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic, optional
  • oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • mushroom brush
  • knife
  • casserole dish
  • cutting board
  • pan
  • beater spatula
  • bowl
  • grill bowls
  • grill

Instructions

  • Clean the mushrooms and separate the stalks from the heads.
  • Place the mushroom caps in a greased casserole dish and lightly salt.
  • Peel the onion and cut into small cubes.
  • Cut the garlic into small pieces.
  • Cut the peppers into small pieces .
  • For the filling: Heat a pan with vegetable oil and sauté the diced onions for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the diced peppers and garlic and sauté for a further 3 minutes.
  • Season the filling with salt and pepper and transfer to a bowl .
  • Fry the minced meat in the same pan, add the fried vegetables and mix well.
  • Fill the mushroom caps with the mixture and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Split the mushrooms into grill bowls.
  • On the grill approx. 20-25 Grill at 180 degrees.
  • Garnish the stuffed mushrooms with parsley and serve.
  • The severed mushroom stalks can also be grilled.
