Grilled lamb with garlic, lemon and ginger
Ingredients
- 1 kg lamb, in bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp ginger, ground
- 5 garlic cloves
- 2 onions
- 200 g olive oil
- 2 juice, from 2 lemons
- salt, to taste

Instructions
- Mix the spices with the lemon juice and olive oil in a saucepan.
- Press the garlic.
- Chop the onions into small pieces.
- Mix everything and season with salt.
- Let the lamb marinade in the oil for 2 hours.
- Drag the marinated meat onto skewers.
- Grill over the grill for about 20-30 minutes, turning frequently.
