Grilled lamb ribs with garlic and herbs

The lamb ribs become delicious with the herbs and spices on the grill. The meat is juicy and aromatic and the fine taste is underlined by rosemary, thyme and garlic.

- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Thyme, to taste
- Rosemary, to taste
- 1 lemon zest, 1 lemon
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil, to taste
- Stir the thyme, rosemary, lemon zest, finely pressed garlic cloves, salt and pepper with olive oil.
- brush the lamb ribs with the marinade and leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- roast the lamb ribs on the grill.
- or in a ribbed pan with Fry some olive oil on each side for 3-5 minutes.
