Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet
  • 2 peppers, red, yellow
  • 1 onion
  • 6-8 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 1 garlic clove
  • paprika, sweet, optional
  • salt, to Taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Utensils

Instructions

  1. Rinse the chicken fillets with cold water and pat dry.
  2. Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm thick.
  3. Mix the oil with the lemon juice.
  4. Add the curry powder, salt and pepper.
  5. Peel the garlic clove, press and mix well.
  6. Put the chicken pieces in the marinade and mix evenly.
  7. Place the meat in a plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
  8. Wash the peppers, deseed them and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  9. Peel the onions and quarter them.

  11. Stitch meat, onion and peppers alternately on each skewer.
  12. Grill the skewers on the grill at 180 °C over indirect heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
