Grilled chicken skewers with peppers and onions
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 peppers, red, yellow
- 1 onion
- 6-8 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 garlic clove
- paprika, sweet, optional
- salt, to Taste
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Rinse the chicken fillets with cold water and pat dry.
- Cut the meat into pieces about 2 cm thick.
- Mix the oil with the lemon juice.
- Add the curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Peel the garlic clove, press and mix well.
- Put the chicken pieces in the marinade and mix evenly.
- Place the meat in a plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Wash the peppers, deseed them and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel the onions and quarter them.

- Stitch meat, onion and peppers alternately on each skewer.
- Grill the skewers on the grill at 180 °C over indirect heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning once halfway through.
