Grilled chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes and thyme

This grilled chicken breast promises juicy enjoyment with fresh thyme and aromatic garlic. The chicken is marinated in a spicy marinade of garlic, thyme, balsamic vinegar and sun-dried tomatoes and grilled into incredibly appetizing chicken breast fillets.

  • 2 chicken breast fillets
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes, in oil
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt, to taste
  • red pepper, to taste


  1. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Pluck off the thyme leaves and chop finely.
  3. Dice the tomatoes with the garlic clove into small cubes.
  4. Stir in the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Soak the chicken breast fillets in the marinade overnight leave.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 10-15 minutes on both sides.
