Grilled aromatic potatoes with garlic
Ingredients
- 4-5 Potatoes, large, oblong
- 1 tsp salt, + some for cooking
- 2 tsp garlic, dried
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp parsley, dried
- 120ml olive oil
Utensils

- cutting board
- pan
- bowl
- grill
Instructions
- Wash the potatoes thoroughly.
- Cut lengthways into large wedges.
- Boil the salted water in a saucepan, add the potatoes.
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from the heat.
- Let cool.
- Salt, garlic , pepper, parsley and oil in a bowl.
- Add the vegetables, stir well.
- Place the potatoes on the grill.
- Grill on several sides until brown.
- Drizzle with the remaining oil when serving and Season with salt and savory.
- Serve grilled potatoes with vegetables or as a side dish with meat.
