Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 150 g spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml water

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas.
  2. Wash the spinach leaves.
  3. Peel the mango and cut out the pulp from the stone.
  4. Put the banana, spinach and mango in the mixing bowl with water.
  5. Pure everything to form a green smoothie.
  6. Peel the green smoothie into glasses fill and enjoy!
