Green smoothie is perfect when the cravings hit! The healthy smoothie with spinach, kiwi, banana and oatmeal gives you lots of energy and provides good fiber, vitamin C, vitamin K and magnesium. The green smoothie is ideal for breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

  • 3 kiwis
  • 50 g spinach
  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 500 ml water
  • 20 g oatmeal, tender

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach leaves and place in the blender.
  2. Have the kiwi, scoop out the flesh and place in the blender.
  3. Peel the bananas and add.
  4. Sprinkle in the rolled oats.
  5. Pour in the water and puree everything into a smoothie.
  6. Pour the green smoothie into glasses and enjoy.
