Ingredients

  • 50 g spinach
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 orange
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 200 ml water, cold

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Grater
  • Glasses

Instructions

  1. Peel the banana.
  2. Squeeze the juice from an orange.
  3. Put the washed spinach in a blender.
  4. Add the banana and the orange juice.
  5. Fill with water.
  6. Grate in ginger, if you like.
  7. All blend into a smoothie.
  8. Enjoy the green smoothie chilled.
