Green smoothie with spinach, banana and orange tastes delicious and gives the right power. The spinach provides the green color and the one with banana and orange is wonderfully fruity.

- 50 g spinach
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 orange
- 1 piece of ginger
- 200 ml water, cold
- Peel the banana.
- Squeeze the juice from an orange.
- Put the washed spinach in a blender.
- Add the banana and the orange juice.
- Fill with water.
- Grate in ginger, if you like.
- All blend into a smoothie.
- Enjoy the green smoothie chilled.
