Ingredients

  • 50g spinach
  • 100g broccoli
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tbsp grated coconut
  • 300ml water
  • 300ml rice milk

Utensils

  • Knife
  • Blender

Instructions

  1. Clean the spinach leaves.
  2. Cut the broccoli, celery and banana into small pieces.
  3. Pure the prepared ingredients in a blender with grated coconut, water and rice milk to form a creamy smoothie.
  4. Pour the green smoothie into glasses.
  5. For breakfast or enjoy as a snack.
