Greek cake with honey, nuts and raisins
Ingredients
Dough
- 800 g flour
- 250 ml water
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Syrup
- 150 g water
- 150 ml honey
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
- For the filling, wash the raisins and dry them on a kitchen towel.
- Crush the nuts and raisins in a blender.
- Mix together with the honey.
