Ingredients

Dough

  • 800 g flour
  • 250 ml water
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

  • 3 tbsp honey

Syrup

  • 150 g water
  • 150 ml honey
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Utensils

Instructions

  1. For the filling, wash the raisins and dry them on a kitchen towel.
  2. Crush the nuts and raisins in a blender.
  3. Mix together with the honey.
  4. Sieve the flour, add the water, vinegar and salt and make a dough Process.
