Gnocchi in tomato sauce with garlic and basil

Gnocchi in tomato sauce is a classic that everyone likes. A delicious, hearty tomato sauce with garlic and fresh basil – that’s where the gnocchi feel good. A tasty family dish for young and old when it has to be quick.

- 500 g gnocchi
- 1 tin of peeled tomatoes
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 pinch of salt
- pepper, to taste
- cutting board
- Peel the garlic and chop finely.
- Cook the gnocchi in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Boil the tomatoes, garlic and basil in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Strain the gnocchi, mix with the tomato sauce and garnish with the basil.
