Ingredients

  • 500 g gnocchi
  • 1 tin of peeled tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • pot
  • sieve

Instructions

  1. Peel the garlic and chop finely.
  2. Cook the gnocchi in salted water for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the tomatoes, garlic and basil in a saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Strain the gnocchi, mix with the tomato sauce and garnish with the basil.
