Ingredients

  • 170 g ginger, fresh
  • 9 lemons
  • 5 cups water
  • ¾ cup honey, + 2 tbsp
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • 1 bunch mint, fresh
  • ice cubes, to taste

Utensils

  • stand mixer
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • citrus press
  • pot
  • sieve
  • glasses
  • cup

Instructions

  1. Peel the ginger, chop finely.
  2. Whisk in a blender.
  3. Peel the lemons with a vegetable peeler, being careful not to touch the white layer.
  4. Squeeze the lemons, you should get about a cup of juice.
  5. 4 cups Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  6. Add ginger and lemon zest, cover with lid.
  7. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
  8. Pour into another container.
  9. Pour in a glass of ice water, lemon juice and Add honey.
