Ginger shot with lemon and honey
Ingredients
- 170 g ginger, fresh
- 9 lemons
- 5 cups water
- ¾ cup honey, + 2 tbsp
- 2 cups sparkling water
- 1 bunch mint, fresh
- ice cubes, to taste

Instructions
- Peel the ginger, chop finely.
- Whisk in a blender.
- Peel the lemons with a vegetable peeler, being careful not to touch the white layer.
- Squeeze the lemons, you should get about a cup of juice.

- Add ginger and lemon zest, cover with lid.
