Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • ¹⁄₄ cup apple juice
  • ¹⁄₄ cup plain yoghurt, or Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • peeler
  • stand mixer

Instructions

  1. Peel the fruit and cut into small pieces.
  2. Put the banana and apple in a blender.
  3. Fill up with plain yoghurt and apple juice.
  4. Add the oatmeal and cinnamon.
  5. Pure everything to a creamy smoothie.
  6. Fruity smoothie for Enjoy breakfast.
