Fruity Prosecco Cocktail with apple juice and cranberry

The light, fruity drink is perfect for a romantic evening for two or as an aperitif for a larger party. In this recipe, Prosecco is complemented by fruit juices and refined with cranberries.

- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 L cranberry juice
- 1 L apple juice
- 750 ml Prosecco
- Cranberries, to taste
- champagne glasses
- measuring cups
- Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a shallow plate.
- Dip the rim of the champagne glass first into the water, then into the sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Fill the glasses ¼ full with cranberry juice, then half full with apple juice.
- Pour in the Prosecco.
- Garnish the Prosecco Cocktail with cranberries and enjoy chilled.
