Ingredients

  • 5 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 3-4 tbsp jam, or jam
  • icing sugar, to taste
  • mint, to taste

Utensils

  • tablespoon
  • apple corer
  • knife
  • bowl
  • fork
  • casserole
  • sieve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the apples.
  3. Cut out the cores with an apple corer.
  4. Cut off the top around the stem to create a lid.
  5. Carve out the apples slightly.
  6. Den Slightly cut off the bottom so that the apples stand securely.
  7. Peel the bananas.
  8. Mash them in a bowl with a fork.
  9. Add the jam, mix well.
  10. Stuff the apples evenly with this mixture.
  11. With the cut lids Cover.
  12. Place the filled apples in a casserole dish.
  13. Pour some water into the dish.
  14. Cook the baked apples in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until they are nice and soft.
  15. Remove from the oven and serve .
  16. Before serving, dust the baked apples with icing sugar and decorate with mint.
