Ingredients

  • 250 g flour
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 ml oil
  • 480 ml milk
  • 1 apple

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  2. Mix the eggs, oil and milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grave the peeled apple on a grater and add to the batter.
  5. Put the pancake batter in portions in a preheated pan and bake for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Turn the pancakes and bake on the other side for 1-2 minutes.
