Ingredients

  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 leek
  • 2 carrots
  • olive oil, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • peeler
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • pan
  • turner

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut them into large sticks.
  3. Heat a pan with a little oil.
  4. Fry the vegetables in it.
  5. Cut the leeks into large rings and add them.
  6. Everything Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Cook the fried potatoes under the closed lid over low heat until the vegetables are al dente.
