Fried potatoes with carrots and leeks
Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- 1 leek
- 2 carrots
- olive oil, to taste
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
Utensils
- peeler
- knife
- cutting board
- pan
- turner
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into medium-sized pieces.
- Peel the carrots and cut them into large sticks.
- Heat a pan with a little oil.
- Fry the vegetables in it.
- Cut the leeks into large rings and add them.
- Everything Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the fried potatoes under the closed lid over low heat until the vegetables are al dente.
