Ingredients

  • 500 g potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 3-4 tbsp flour, + some for dusting
  • 5-6 sausages
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5-6 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • vegetable peeler
  • pan
  • potato masher
  • bowl
  • knife
  • rolling pin
  • frying pan
  • spatula
  • plate

Instructions

  1. Peel and wash the potatoes.
  2. Put in a saucepan, cover with water.
  3. Salt the water to taste and bring to a boil.
  4. Boil the potatoes over medium heat for about 20-30 minutes until soft.
