Ingredients

  • 3-5 sausages
  • 1 pita, large, thin
  • 150 g cheese
  • herbs, to taste
  • mayonnaise, to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp milk
  • 4-5 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tomato, optional

Utensils

  • pot
  • frying pan
  • grater
  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl

Instructions

  1. Cut the pita into equal rectangles.
  2. Grate the cheese.
  3. Chop the herbs into small pieces.
  4. Heat the sausages and cut into small pieces.
  5. Mix the sausages, cheese, herbs and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
