Ingredients

  • 140 g hard cheese, in one piece
  • 70 g sausage
  • 1 lavash bread, thin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • bowl
  • whisk
  • pan
  • turner

Instructions

  1. Cut sausage and cheese into small pieces.
  2. You can also use ham instead of sausage.
  3. Use a knife or scissors to cut the flatbread into several squares that are not too small.
  4. Distribute pieces of sausage and cheese on each piece of flatbread .
  5. The pieces of cheese should be twice as many as the pieces of sausage.
  6. Fold each piece of lavash to form a triangle.
  7. The filling should be closed on all sides.
  8. Season the egg with salt and add Whip up a whisk.
  9. Dunk the finished lavash breads into the egg mixture.
  10. Fry in oil for about 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
