Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp basil pesto
  • 2 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 2 slices of toast
  • 2 slices of cheese, to taste
  • ½ avocado, to taste

Utensils

  • pan
  • toaster
  • fork

Instructions

  1. Distribute the pesto evenly in the pan and heat for about 1 minute.
  2. Crack the eggs, add to the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat as fried eggs.
  3. Toast Roast in the toaster until golden.
  4. Mash the avocado with a fork and spread on the bread, if you like.
  5. Layer the cheese on top, if you like.
  6. Place the finished pesto fried eggs on top and enjoy.

Alternatively, you can toast the slices of toast in a pan.
