Fried eggs with basil pesto on toast – breakfast idea
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp basil pesto
- 2 eggs
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- 2 slices of toast
- 2 slices of cheese, to taste
- ½ avocado, to taste
Utensils
- pan
- toaster
- fork
Instructions
- Distribute the pesto evenly in the pan and heat for about 1 minute.
- Crack the eggs, add to the pan, season with salt and pepper and fry for about 3-4 minutes over medium heat as fried eggs.
- Toast Roast in the toaster until golden.
- Mash the avocado with a fork and spread on the bread, if you like.
- Layer the cheese on top, if you like.
- Place the finished pesto fried eggs on top and enjoy.
Alternatively, you can toast the slices of toast in a pan.
