  • 1 egg
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • salad leaves
  • 1 slice wholemeal bread
  • 1-2 slices sliced cheese
  • 1-2 date tomatoes
  • 1 tsp oil, for greasing

Utensils

  • Fried egg heart-shaped metal
  • pan
  • plate
  • knife

Instructions

  1. Place the heart shape in the pan.
  2. Heat the pan.
  3. Grease the pan with a little oil.
  4. Crack the egg into the pan.
  5. Salt and pepper the fried egg.
  6. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate .
  7. Have the date tomatoes.
  8. Use a heart-shaped cutter to cut out the cheese and bread.
  9. Serve the fried egg on the lettuce with tomatoes, cheese and bread.
  10. Serve the breakfast egg on Valentine’s Day or Mother’s Day.
