Fresh leaf salad with smoked salmon, oranges and avocado
Ingredients
- 2 oranges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1-2 sprigs of mint
- 1-2 sprigs of dill
- 100-120 g lettuce
- 2 avocados
- 270 g smoked salmon
Utensils

Instructions
- First carefully grate the orange zest into a peel using a fine grater.
- Then peel and fillet the oranges, leaving thin wedges of flesh.
- Add the remaining orange juice on the chopping board to the zest.
- Olive oil and lemon juice add and season with salt and pepper and whisk.
- Finely chop the mint leaves and dill.
- Place the lettuce, mint and dill in a salad bowl and toss with the dressing you have made.
- De-seed and peel the avocados and cut into bite-sized pieces .
- Cut the smoked salmon into bite-sized pieces as well.
- Add the oranges, avocados and smoked salmon to the salad and stir.
