Fresh cucumber salad with yoghurt dressing, garlic and walnuts
Ingredients
- 300 ml plain yoghurt, or Greek yoghurt
- 1 cucumber
- ¹⁄₂ bunch of dill
- 1 handful of walnuts
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
Utensils
- fine sieve
- knife
- cutting board
- garlic press
- bowl
Instructions
- Pour the yoghurt through a fine sieve to drain the excess liquid.
- Meanwhile, wash the cucumber and cut into small cubes.
- Chop the dill and walnuts.
- Peel the garlic cloves and press them through the garlic press.
- Then put all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cucumber salad in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.
- Arrange in balls on the plate before serving.
- With cucumber slices or garnish with walnuts.
