Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, small
  • 0.5 tbsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • sea salt, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • bowl
  • spoon

Instructions

  1. Half the avocado and scoop out the flesh with a tablespoon, remove the stone.
  2. Mix the avocado in a bowl with Greek yoghurt, lemon juice and olive oil.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Serve the avocado dressing with a fresh salad.
