Fluffy oatmeal pancakes without flour with yoghurt and apples
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 210g Greek yoghurt
- 120ml milk
- 155g rolled oats, tender
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
- 1 apple, large
- 1-2 tbsp oil
Utensils

Instructions
- Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature.
- In a blender, mix all the ingredients except the apple.
- Grave the apple on a coarse grater and mix with the batter.
- Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and oil spread.
- Spoon the batter into the pan.
- Bake the oatmeal pancakes for 3-4 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other.
