Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 210g Greek yoghurt
  • 120ml milk
  • 155g rolled oats, tender
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey, or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • ¹⁄₂ tsp salt
  • 1 apple, large
  • 1-2 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • hand mixer
  • mixing bowl
  • cutlery
  • spatula
  • grater
  • pan
  • turner

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, mix all the ingredients except the apple.
  3. Grave the apple on a coarse grater and mix with the batter.
  4. Preheat a pan over medium-high heat and oil spread.
  5. Spoon the batter into the pan.
  6. Bake the oatmeal pancakes for 3-4 minutes on one side and 1-2 minutes on the other.
