Ingredients

  • 500 g fish fillet
  • 4 eggs
  • 1¹⁄₂ tsp sugar
  • 1¹⁄₂ tbsp dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Put the fish fillet through a meat grinder or chop finely in a food processor.
  2. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.
  3. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff.
  4. Mix the minced meat with the yolks, wine, flour, salt and pepper .
  5. Carefully mix in the egg whites.
  6. Form the minced meat into flat fish patties.
  7. Heat the oil in a pan.
  8. Fry the fish patties on both sides until golden brown.
