Fingerfood crispbread – party snacks with cream cheese and nectarine

A great for in between. The crispbread is simply delicious with a creamy cottage cheese and juicy sweet nectarines.

- 8 slices of crispbread
- 80-100 g cottage cheese
- 2 nectarines
- 1 handful of watercress
- Honey, to taste
- Spread the cottage cheese over the crispbread slices.
- Cut the nectarines into narrow wedges.
- Place 1-2 nectarines on the cottage cheese.
- Garnish with cress and sweeten with honey.
