Ingredients

  • 8 slices of crispbread
  • 80-100 g cottage cheese
  • 2 nectarines
  • 1 handful of watercress
  • Honey, to taste

Instructions

  1. Spread the cottage cheese over the crispbread slices.
  2. Cut the nectarines into narrow wedges.
  3. Place 1-2 nectarines on the cottage cheese.
  4. Garnish with cress and sweeten with honey.
