Finger food with avocado and red caviar on a baguette
Ingredients
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2-3 sprigs of dill
- 8-12 slices of baguette
- 90 g caviar, red
- Black pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Peel the avocado, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Chop the dill finely.
- Top each slice of baguette with avocado and caviar.
- Then sprinkle with dill and black pepper.
- Place the baguette breads on a plate and Serve as a starter or snack.
