Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2-3 sprigs of dill
  • 8-12 slices of baguette
  • 90 g caviar, red
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel the avocado, cut into thin slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Chop the dill finely.
  3. Top each slice of baguette with avocado and caviar.
  4. Then sprinkle with dill and black pepper.
  5. Place the baguette breads on a plate and Serve as a starter or snack.
