Ingredients

  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ yellow pepper
  • ½ orange pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 10 tomatoes, preferably cherry tomatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 300 g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • salad plate

Instructions

  • Cut the peppers into small thin strips.
  • Cut the cucumber into small pieces.
  • Cut the carrots into sticks or small pieces.
  • Lay out all the vegetables on a platter in the shape of a rainbow.
  • Starting from the left with Cucumber, yellow peppers, carrots, orange peppers, red peppers and tomatoes.
  • Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice. Stir in the dill herbs and season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the rainbow vegetable finger food with the yoghurt dip.
