Ingredients

  • 2-3 Dürüm, flatbreads
  • 4 apples
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 2-4 tbsp oil

Utensils

  • frying pan
  • spatula
  • grater

Instructions

  1. Peel and coarsely grate the apples.
  2. Melt the butter in a skillet.
  3. Add the sugar.
  4. While stirring, wait until it completely dissolves.
  5. Add the apples to the syrup.
  6. While stirring Prepare for 3 to 4 minutes and then allow to cool slightly.
  7. Place a little filling in the middle of the Dürüm flatbread.
  8. Then roll up to form a triangle.
  9. Prepare the other apple turnovers in the same way.
  10. Afterwards Fry each on both sides in a pan with vegetable oil.
