Festive canapés with bread, sausage and cheese
Ingredients
- 4-5 slices of bread
- 200 g cheese, in one piece
- 150 g sausage

- frying pan

- skewers
Instructions
- Remove the crusts from the bread.
- Toast the bread a little in a dry frying pan.
- Let cool and cut into small square pieces.
- Cut the cheese into small pieces.
- First cut the sausage into thin slices, then into strips.
- Each Wrap the cheese cubes in strips of sausage, place on a plate.
- Make a bow out of the second strip and place on the cheese cube.
- Secure with a skewer or toothpick.
- Arrange all the cubes on the pieces of bread.
- Serve festive canapés as a snack .
The ends of the sausage bows can be trimmed to a point so that they look even more like gift ribbons.
