Ingredients

  • 4-5 slices of bread
  • 200 g cheese, in one piece
  • 150 g sausage

Utensils

  • knife
  • cutting board
  • frying pan
  • plate
  • skewers

Instructions

  1. Remove the crusts from the bread.
  2. Toast the bread a little in a dry frying pan.
  3. Let cool and cut into small square pieces.
  4. Cut the cheese into small pieces.
  5. First cut the sausage into thin slices, then into strips.
  6. Each Wrap the cheese cubes in strips of sausage, place on a plate.
  7. Make a bow out of the second strip and place on the cheese cube.
  8. Secure with a skewer or toothpick.
  9. Arrange all the cubes on the pieces of bread.
  10. Serve festive canapés as a snack .

The ends of the sausage bows can be trimmed to a point so that they look even more like gift ribbons.
