Ingredients

  • 200 g tagliatelle tagliatelle or fetuccini
  • salt, to taste
  • 300 g courgettes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g hard cheese
  • basil, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tagliatelle in salted water until tender, strain the water.
  2. Cut the courgettes into small pieces or thin small strips.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan.
  4. Add the courgettes and fry for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add the salt, pepper and cream, mix and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Add the pasta to the pan and mix.
  7. To serve, sprinkle the pasta with cheese and garnish with basil leaves.
