Ingredients

  • 300 ml espresso, strong
  • 40 g dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp peppermint syrup ,or liqueur
  • 100 g ice cream
  • ice cubes

Utensils

  • Blender
  • Iced coffee glasses

Instructions

  1. Make espresso coffee.
  2. Dissolve dark chocolate in coffee while it is still hot and allow to cool slightly.
  3. Pour coffee and chocolate into a blender.
  4. Add half of the ice cream, peppermint syrup or liqueur and a few ice cubes.
  5. All good together Blend.
  6. Pour the iced coffee into glasses and add the remaining ice.
  7. Garnish the iced coffee with mint and grated chocolate.
