Fast espresso iced coffee with chocolate and ice cream
Ingredients
- 300 ml espresso, strong
- 40 g dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp peppermint syrup ,or liqueur
- 100 g ice cream
- ice cubes
Utensils
- Blender
- Iced coffee glasses
Instructions
- Make espresso coffee.
- Dissolve dark chocolate in coffee while it is still hot and allow to cool slightly.
- Pour coffee and chocolate into a blender.
- Add half of the ice cream, peppermint syrup or liqueur and a few ice cubes.
- All good together Blend.
- Pour the iced coffee into glasses and add the remaining ice.
- Garnish the iced coffee with mint and grated chocolate.
