Exotic Mai Tai cocktail with pineapple juice and rum
Ingredients
- 45 ml white rum
- 25 ml Cointreau
- 25 ml lime juice
- 50 ml pineapple juice
- 15 ml almond syrup
- 15 ml brown rum
- 1 pineapple slice
- 1 cocktail cherry
Utensils
- cocktail shaker
- cocktail glass
Instructions
- Shake the crushed ice vigorously.
- Add the rum, Cointreau, lime juice, pineapple juice and almond syrup.
- Mix together for 20-30 seconds.
- Pour the cocktail into a glass
- Pour the dark rum carefully.
- Mai Tai Garnish the cocktail with a pineapple slice and cherry.
Ice cubes can also be used instead of crushed ice.
