Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 150 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 60 g ground coffee
  • 1 L water
  • Cocoa powder, to taste

Utensils

  • bowl
  • blender
  • jars
  • tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix the egg yolks with the condensed milk and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  2. Beat the mixture with a mixer on high for 10 minutes until creamy.
  3. Brew the coffee and pour into glasses.
  4. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of custard on top.
  5. Cocoa powder Sprinkle on top.
  6. Serve the egg coffee immediately.
