Ingredients

  • 170g apricots, dried
  • 200g almonds, unroasted
  • 2 tbsp almond oil
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg, ground
  • ½ tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1-2 tbsp water
  • 50 g desiccated coconut

Utensils

  • kitchen scales
  • tablespoon
  • teaspoon
  • stand mixer
  • cake plate
  • baking paper

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Chop finely on low speed.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of water and mix.
  4. If the mixture is still too dry, just add a little more water carefully.
  5. From the resulting mixture Form balls about the size of a walnut with moistened hands or a teaspoon.
  6. Roll these energy balls in coconut flakes.
  7. Place on a cake plate lined with baking paper.
  8. Put the energy balls in the refrigerator for approx. 40 minutes to cool.
  9. The energy balls chilled Serve as a snack or with dessert.
