Ingredients

  • 240 g surimi
  • 1 can of corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 g onions, or leeks
  • mayonnaise, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs, rinse with cold water and peel.
  2. Chop the onions into small pieces.
  3. Pour hot water over them and leave to stand for 10 minutes.
  4. Then rinse the onions with cold water.
  5. Chop the surimi into small pieces.
  6. Boiled eggs Grate.
  7. Mix the corn with onions, surimi and eggs in a bowl.
  8. Season the egg salad with mayonnaise.
  9. Mix everything well and season with salt if necessary.
