Ingredients

  • 250g green beans, fresh or frozen
  • Salt, to taste
  • 6 eggs
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Spices, to taste
  • Green herbs, to taste

Utensils

  • knife
  • pot
  • sieve
  • pan

Instructions

  1. For fresh beans, remove the tops and cut the beans into several pieces.
  2. Boil the water in the saucepan and add salt.
  3. Put the beans in boiling water.
  4. Boil the fresh beans for about 3 minutes. Cook the frozen beans for about 5 minutes.
  5. Put the beans in a colander and rinse with cold water.
  6. Leave them in the colander for a few minutes to drain off all the water.
  7. In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the beans .
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Heat the pan with a little oil and pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  10. Sprinkle with spices and chopped herbs, if desired.
  11. Close the pan with the lid and cook for about 10 minutes Fry over medium heat until eggs are set and colouring.
