Ingredients

Base

  • 1 head of cauliflower, medium
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese
  • 30 g mozzarella, grated
  • Seed mix, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Topping

  • 5 tbsp Passed tomatoes
  • 100 g green asparagus
  • 1 zucchini, small
  • basil leaves
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Utensils

  • Food processor
  • Casserole dish
  • Bowl
  • Kitchen spatula
  • Kitchen brush

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
  • Cut the head of cauliflower into small florets and chop in a food processor.
  • Cook the cauliflower mixture in a casserole dish for about 5 minutes in the oven and allow to cool.
  • Cauliflower in a bowl with eggs and cheese Mix well, core mixture and spices.
  • Shape the mixture into a round pizza dough on the baking sheet and press firmly.
  • Bake the cauliflower base for 10-12 minutes.
  • Spread the pizza base with tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper.
  • With zucchini slices and Top with green asparagus and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • Garnish the cauliflower low carb pizza with basil and cut into pieces. Complete!
