Ingredients

Dough

  • 250 g butter, cold
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 p. vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 1/2 p. Baking powder
  • Butter vanilla flavoring, optional

Decorate

  • 200 g dark chocolate coating
  • Sugar sprinkles, to taste

Utensils

  • Bowl
  • Hand mixer with dough hook
  • Cling film
  • Parchpaper
  • Doughroll
  • Cookie cutters
  • Bowl in water bowl
  • Pasting brush

Instructions

Prepare the dough

  1. Knead the dough ingredients into a smooth dough.
  2. Wrap in cling film and place in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C for circulating air.
  4. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. The dough Roll out on a floured work surface.
  6. Cut out with cutters and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Let the cookies cool down.

To decorate

  1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
  2. Over a hot water bath Let melt.
  3. Grip chocolate on the biscuits.
  4. Decorate the butter biscuits with sugar sprinkles.
  5. Place the butter biscuits on baking paper to dry and enjoy at Christmas.
