Ingredients

Dough

  • 300 g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 600 g flour

Cream

  • 1 l milk
  • 400 g sugar
  • 2 p. Vanillin sugar
  • 8 egg yolks
  • 100 g flour

Topping

  • 150-200 g coconut flakes
  • 3 blueberries
  • 2 wafers, large

Instructions

Prepare the dough

  1. Pour the lemon juice into the cold water.
  2. Beat the eggs until fluffy and add the lemon water and salt.
  3. Sieve the flour onto the work surface and spread the cold, diced butter on top.
  4. Chop the flour and butter with a knife .
  5. Make a well in the mixture and pour in the egg mixture.
  6. Process the whole thing into a dough.
  7. Part the dough into 10-12 pieces and form into balls.
