Ingredients

Dough

  • 75 g butter, room temperature
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g flour
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75 ml milk
  • 125 g quark

For decoration

  • Chocolate couverture
  • Coconut flakes
  • Smarties
  • Chocolate Mikado sticks
  • Sugar sticks, blue, red

Utensils

  • bowl
  • hand mixer
  • rabbit baking pan

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°.
  2. Beat the butter with the sugar.
  3. Stir in the egg.
  4. Mix the flour, almonds and baking powder.
  5. Stir into the egg mixture together with the milk and quark.
  6. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for about 45 minutes.
  7. Decorate the cooled Easter bunny as you like.
