Easter breakfast with toast, carrots and lamb’s lettuce – snack for breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of toast
- 10-20 g cream cheese
- 2 carrots
- 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
- peppercorns, for garnish
Utensils
- Toaster
- Knife
- Easter cutters
- Grater
Instructions
- Toast the slices of toast and cut out a carrot with a cookie cutter or cut the shape.
- Spread the toast carrots with cream cheese.
- Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.
- Clean the lamb’s lettuce.
- Garnish the bread with grated carrots and lamb’s lettuce and decorate with peppercorns for faces.
