Ingredients

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 10-20 g cream cheese
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
  • peppercorns, for garnish

Utensils

  • Toaster
  • Knife
  • Easter cutters
  • Grater

Instructions

  1. Toast the slices of toast and cut out a carrot with a cookie cutter or cut the shape.
  2. Spread the toast carrots with cream cheese.
  3. Peel the carrots and grate them coarsely.
  4. Clean the lamb’s lettuce.
  5. Garnish the bread with grated carrots and lamb’s lettuce and decorate with peppercorns for faces.
