Ingredients

Dough

  • 100 g low-fat margarine
  • 100 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 glass morello cherries, 720 ml

Cream

  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 300 ml milk
  • 500 g low-fat yoghurt
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tbsp acacia honey or agave syrup

Instructions

Cook the pudding

  1. Prepare the pudding with sugar and milk according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Let it cool under cling film.

Prepare the dough

  1. Mix the sugar with margarine and eggs.
  2. Stir in the flour with cornflour and baking powder.
  3. Add 200 ml milk and continue to mix well.
  4. Drain morello cherries well.
  5. Put half of the dough evenly into a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  6. Mix the cocoa with the remaining milk and use it to color the other half of the dough.
  7. Spread the dark dough over the light dough .
  8. Spread the drained morello cherries over the dough.
  9. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
  10. Let the cake cool down.

Prepare the cream

  1. Stir the yoghurt into the cooled pudding.
  2. Add syrup or honey.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  4. Pour the liquid chocolate over the cream.
  5. Draw curved lines with a fork.
  6. Leave the Donauwelle to chill for 1 hour n.
  7. Then serve cut into equal pieces.
