This dessert in a glass is a real eye-catcher! With chocolate cake crumbs, raspberries and mascarpone, it’s just a dream. To do this, mix a custard of thick cream with yoghurt and mascarpone, sweeten with icing sugar. Then layer the crumbled chocolate cake with the cream and the raspberries in glasses and finish with a meringue topping.

Ingredients

  • 250g mascarpone
  • 150g Greek yoghurt
  • 1 squeeze of lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 200g whipped cream
  • 150g chocolate cake
  • 150-200g raspberries
  • meringue, for serving

Utensils

  • mixing bowl
  • hand mixer
  • dessert glasses

Instructions

  1. Stir the mascarpone, yoghurt, icing sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the mascarpone cream.
  3. Roughly crumble the chocolate cake.
  4. Place the cream, raspberries and chocolate crumbs in dessert glasses one after the other.
  5. Finally add some raspberries and meringue for decoration and the dessert is ready to serve!
