Dessert in a glass with chocolate cake, raspberries and mascarpone
Ingredients
- 250g mascarpone
- 150g Greek yoghurt
- 1 squeeze of lemon juice
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 200g whipped cream
- 150g chocolate cake
- 150-200g raspberries
- meringue, for serving
Utensils
- mixing bowl
- hand mixer
- dessert glasses
Instructions
- Stir the mascarpone, yoghurt, icing sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Whip the cream until stiff and carefully fold into the mascarpone cream.
- Roughly crumble the chocolate cake.
- Place the cream, raspberries and chocolate crumbs in dessert glasses one after the other.
- Finally add some raspberries and meringue for decoration and the dessert is ready to serve!
