Delicious strawberry jam with mint
Ingredients
- 1000 g strawberries
- 1000-1200 g sugar
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 100-200 g mint

Instructions
- Clean the strawberries, pluck off the leaves.
- Place the berries in a saucepan, sprinkle with sugar.
- Leave for a few hours until the juice has formed.
- Then place on the stove and bring to the boil.
- Lemon juice pour in, cook for about 30 minutes.
- Stir occasionally, removing the foam.
- Add the mint leaves, stir, simmer for a further 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, pour hot jam into sterilized jars.
- Jars seal tightly and turn upside down.
- Wrap warm and allow to cool.
- Store finished strawberry jam in a dark, cool place.
